The idea of this exercise is to practise relaxing your muscles in the face of pain.
7- Teach yourself to properly squat.
You don’t always to give birth lying on the bed. Squatting helps open up your pelvis and is an ideal position to give birth.
You can continue to practise squats during labour as well.
8- It’s important to remain physically fit as natural childbirth requires a lot of energy and stamina.
You need to workout regularly to keep your heart rate up and try to walk as much as possible.
